Project Manager

Is empowered to be operationally responsive, not constrained or bogged down by restrictive bureaucracy. Project Manager at project site is personally responsible for all co- Ordination between site and relevant support office, he will also liaise with client’s local office on a daily basis to fulfill day to day affairs. 24 / 7 he will be supported by the corporate team for relatedsupports.

Manager Operations

will visit project at least once in 15 days, site training champ will lead all the safety and operational training classes as per our weekly schedule. In accordance to operational exigencies, we establish temporary project / support office in conjunction with client/ project Needs any where nationally



Creating Cross Functional Team

  • Responsible team will identify the key factors for food wastage
  • Team will review the documentation, indent issued, menu and quantity Garbage / day and frame required formats for further tracking's
  • If required to change the menu are productions methods.
  • Training and Counseling the service team to serve to eat not to waste
  • Implementing display sign-boards to create awareness of food waste And also will indicate previous day waste info.
